#Terms of Services

LAST UPDATED: November 17, 2025.Please read and agree to the full Terms of Services before requesting a commission.
By requesting a commission, the client has agreed to the Terms of Services.Terms of Services are subject to change.
Always refer to the up to date version of the Terms of Services.
The up to date version will override any previous versions.

✦ GENERAL.
I reserve the right to reject a commission under any circumstance.
All commissioned artworks cannot be used, integrated, and/or associated in any form of blockchain and machine learning under any circumstance.

✦ PROCESS AND DELIVERY.
Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete upon starting.
An email will be sent to the client when the estimated time of delivery will surpass the 3 month mark.
The client will receive a full resolution of the artwork upon completion through email, or an alternative contact method that has been provided.

✦ PAYMENT.
Full payment amount must be paid upfront.
All transactions are processed through Paypal.
The accepted currency is in USD.

✦ REVISION.

✦ COPYRIGHT.
All copyrights of commissioned artwork retains to 𝟮𝙆𝘼𝙎𝘼=𝙀𝙈𝙐. (@2KASUX)
I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work leading up to the final commission on my website, portfolio, social media platforms, and other platforms alike. Negating the copyright, and/or altering the artwork without consent is not allowed at anytime.All artworks are for personal use only unless the commissioner has ~~.Examples of personal use includes, but is not limited to:
- Profile picture on social media
- Profile header/banner on social media
- Background/screensaver on devicesExamples of commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
- Reproducing (both physically and digitally), using, and/or distributing the commissioned artwork for profit in any form
- Using the commissioned artwork for advertisement

✦ COMMERCIAL USE.
Definition of commercial use:

✦ REFUND POLICY.
A client cannot cancel a commission and/or request a refund once the process has started.
If for any reason the commission cannot be started or completed on my behalf, a full refund will be issued.

✦ 概要。
えむ=つかさ。/ 𝟮𝙆𝘼𝙎𝘼=𝙀𝙈𝙐. (@2KASUX) は理由の如何を問わず、依頼を拒否する権利を有します。
製作されたイラストはブロックチェーン、暗号技術、機械学習に使用する事を禁止しております。

✦ ご依頼内容。
コミッションはクライアント様が著作権を保有しているキャラクターやデザイン、及び本依頼を通して新たに一からデザインするものに関する内容のみ受け付けています。
クライアント様が著作権を保有していないキャラクターや作品に関するご依頼内容はお断りしています（例: ゲームのアバター、版権キャラクターの擬人化、二次/三次創作のキャラクター、コンテンツのファンアート等）。また、実在する人物、政治、宗教関連、成人指定に関する依頼内容及びそれらに関連する使用用途もお断りしています。

✦ 過程と納品。
依頼の完遂は製作開始時点から最大三か月までかかります。
納期が予定を超える場合は、Eメールにてクライアント様にお知らせします。

✦ お見積りと支払。
支払いは全額前払いになります。
支払いは全てVgen、もしくはPaypalを通じて処理されます。
受け付けている通貨は米ドル(USD)です。

✦ 著作権。
本著作物の著作権はえむ=つかさ。/ 𝟮𝙆𝘼𝙎𝘼=𝙀𝙈𝙐. (@2KASUX)に帰属します。
本著作物はえむ=つかさ。/ 𝟮𝙆𝘼𝙎𝘼=𝙀𝙈𝙐.のサイト及びSNSに掲載する事があります。
著作権の侵害、並びに本著作物の改変はいかなる時も禁止しています。製作されたイラストは基本私的利用のみ使用許可を出しています。
営利目的は禁止しています。カスタムコミッションを通じて商用利用に関する追加料金をお支払いいただいた場合のみ商用利用を許可しています。

✦ 返金。
製作を始めた依頼のキャンセル及び依頼料の返金は受け付けておりません。
作者が依頼を完遂する事が困難と判断した時のみ、依頼のキャンセル及び依頼料を全額返金させて頂きます
